I am an award-winning multimedia producer with over 15 years of experience spanning newsrooms, nonprofits, and tech companies. My passion lies in empowering mission-driven organizations to engage and activate digital audiences through powerful visuals and cross-platform storytelling.
In 2020, I was a photo editor at the San Francisco Chronicle, collaborating with an award-winning team of photographers and talented freelancers to comprehensively cover a tumultuous year of current events, including the emergence of COVID-19, California wildfires, social justice protests, and the 2020 presidential election.
As Art Director at The Marshall Project, I oversaw photography and illustration for daily and investigative feature stories, including contributions to the 2016 Pulitzer Prize-winning explanatory feature, "An Unbelievable Story of Rape."
Previously, I worked as a senior multimedia producer at The New York Times. I played a key role in integrating multimedia elements to enhance online storytelling during the company’s transition to a digital-first media organization. My contributions included projects like the 2010 Emmy award-winning "One in 8 Million."
I have shared my expertise by teaching video and multimedia classes at prestigious institutions such as RISD, The International Center of Photography, and New York University. I have also mentored aspiring photojournalists at National Press Photographers Association workshops.
